Mark Lipscomb

Mark Lipscomb has covered a wide variety of IT positions in his 17 years of experience in the industry. Mark has done everything from help desk associate to corporate strategic planning, and has over 10 years of technical staff management experience. Mark learned how Fortune 500 companies apply and operate IT infrastructure during his 5 years with Gartner.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Business and Information Systems from George Fox University and is a certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Mark is currently the Managing Member of Complete Network Care- a managed IT service firm. Complete Network Care Applies best practices used in fortune 500 companies to small and medium sized businesses to reduce risk and save money. Mark is passionate about providing IT top notch service and applying technology within a strict return on investment philosophy.

Chris Thompson

As our lead Network Engineer, Chris Thompson offers our clients a rare blend of technical expertise, extraordinary problem-solving skills, and customer-centric focus. With a degree in computer science from California State University and years of experience solving big business problems on a small business budget, Chris is always thrilled at the prospect of helping his clients grow while remaining agile. His hard work and dedication to streamlining technology creates an environment where the technology, functioning optimally, falls into the background, so that as our client, you can focus on what you do best. He is in the business of helping you focus on your business. Chris is a Certified Citrix Administrator, MCP, and holder of the coveted A certification.

Outside of work you will find Chris playing bass in a local funk band, biking around his neighborhood in SW Portland, and spending time with his family. Chris and his wife welcomed their first child Gavin this past May, expanding the Compete Network Care Family!

Pat Casey

Patrick Casey has 20 years of management and technical experience in the computer industry. Casey is actively involved in on-going client service delivery specializing in Cisco routing / switching, Network Management, and Network Security. Before co-founding Complete Network Care in 2006, Casey was the director of information systems at Business News Publishing Company. There he was responsible for successfully directing the re-engineering and migration of all corporate software from an IBM System 36 to an Oracle database in a client-server environment. Casey began his career as a programmer/analyst at Marketing Force Inc., a division of Spar Marketing, Inc. He progressed through the information systems division to become director of information systems operations.

Casey received a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a Bachelor of Science degree in management information systems from Oakland University. He has participated in numerous management and technical training programs in the area of information systems and technology. Casey has passed dozens of technical certification examinations and is a board member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO).
