A server crash was the first signal of a problem. This meant that there were many employees sitting around twiddling their thumbs until it could be fixed. We keep track of CPU, memory, and disk usage on their server making sure that long before there is a problem, we are there with the solution and can schedule any downtime to coincide with their business needs.

Before they invited us to redesign their system, heavy server usage during peak hours would routinely cause slowdowns and crashes. This inevitably results in lost revenue and employee frustration. They enjoy 99% uptime and few slowdowns even in peak hours allowing salespersons to continue to serve their clients efficiently and cheerfully!

Updates and security checks happed when someone 'had time'. Employees were surfing the web excessively. We do regular system checkups to make sure that critical patches and updates are in place to prevent intrusion, virus infection, and data loss. Problem sites are blocked using a web content filter to prevent wasted time and money.
